a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on IndigoDoors.com web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on www.IndigoDoors.com website;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;

b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by IndigoDoors.com at any time. b. IndigoDoors.com does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components
In no event shall IndigoDoors.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on IndigoDoors.com Internet site, even if IndigoDoors.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on IndigoDoors.com website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Door Factory does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. IndigoDoors.com may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. IndigoDoors.com does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
6. Pick up, Delivery and Shipping
Customers are responsible for picking up the orders or scheduling the date for order delivery by Indigo Doors in 10 business days after they receive an email/phone call notification that the order is ready to be picked up or delivered. The complete order must leave Indigo Doors’ warehouse in 10 business days after receiving the notice mentioned above. In case of exceeding the pick-up time, Indigo Doors will charge the client $30 for each additional storage calendar day.
IndigoDoors.com ships anywhere in the US or any part of the world (Buyer is responsible for filling out customs form for shipments to other countries). The turnaround time of a placed order may vary and IndigoDoors.com does not hold responsibilities for any delayed shipments. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO boxes. A full payment must be received by Indigo Doors before the order leaves the warehouse. We need a valid street address in order to process the order. If you made a mistake regarding the delivery address, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing an order. If the product is shipped out to a wrong address, the buyer carries responsibilities to any additional shipping charges.
Doors are shipped via freight ground services and the shipments are insured by the shipping carrier. Prior to making a delivery, someone from a freight company will contact you to schedule a drop off day and time that is convenient to you. Make sure that there will be someone to accept the product upon the delivery. Failure to do so, might result in re-delivery charge that you will be responsible for. All shipments are delivered to the back of the truck. Lift gate services, inside delivery and white glove services are optional and you must contact us for these services (charges will apply). Drivers are not required to assist in removing of the product from the truck, but they often do assist customers that will reward them. However, doors are a heavy commodity that will require 2-3 people to be present and active of removing the product from the truck. During unloading of products from the truck, IndigoDoors.com, assumes no responsibilities or liability for damage of the product, personal injury to someone, or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the truck to the inside space.
Customer is responsible to inspect all the elements of the shipped product and indicate any shortage or damage, BEFORE signing on the freights company’s paperwork. If the customer finds any concealed damage with the shipment after the driver leaves, they must contact the freight company to file a claim.

In the subject line please put your order number and attach at least 3 pictures of the damage. We only have 3-5 business days to file a carrier claim and get your product replaced in a timely manner.
If there are items missing, you must indicate that on paper work and notify us immediately, but DO NOT REFUSE the delivery. We would need pictures and other indications of the missing parts in order for us to send a replacement.
ACCEPTANCE OF SHIPMENT AND SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BY YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVES IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT:
- MERCHANDISE DELIVERED IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION.
- RELEASES THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND INDIGODOORS.COM FROM ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS.
If the delivery driver refuses inspection, please note on the delivery receipt the following: “POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE. DRIVER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO EXAMINE FREIGHT” and then sign where required. If these terms are not followed, we cannot be liable for any replacements.
IndigoDoors.com is responsible for making payments to the shipping and delivery vendors directly. You, the customer, do NOT have to pay anything to the truckers at the time of delivery or at any other time. Any and all such payments, if made by the customer to the carrier company or its representatives, for any additional or existing services will be at your sole discretion and cost. You agree that IndigoDoors.com will not refund such payments under any circumstances.
7. Changes and Cancellation
If you need to make changes into the quote after the order was placed you must contact IndigoDoors.com within 12 hours of placing the order. For changes to the order after that time additional charges may apply. If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing an order. Any cancellations after that will have a 10% cancellation fee.
8. Special orders
Special orders will require payment in full upon placement. Special orders are considered to be any pre-hung doors, any custom size doors, any custom design doors and any doors specially ordered for the customers from the factory in Europe. The lead time for the delivery of special orders, which are shipped from the factory in Europe, is not less than 3 months, unless other is stated in the quote. Special orders, which are specially ordered for the customers at the factory in Europe are non-refundable, non-exchangable and are final.
9. Refunds and Returns
If you have any dissatisfaction with the product, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. All returns must be previously authorizes by IndigoDoors.com in writing. Customer understands that there is 25% restocking charge of the invoices price for door slabs orders. Customer who wished to return non damaged item must pay return shipping fees. Customer also understands that he will get charged 50% restocking fee for any pre-hung/pre-cut/pre-drilled/pre-mortised door or special order(unless item is marked non-refundable). All returns must be in merchantable condition, in the same packaging and/or wrapped condition. If product comes in damaged condition, IndigoDoors.com holds the authority not to refund the money or partially compensate the buyer.
IndigoDoors.com has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by IndigoDoors.com of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
12. Governing Law
Any claim relating to IndigoDoors.com web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
